Description

The client purchased this house in order to create a place to entertain and host friends and family. The design was split in to two phases; 1) remodel the house for the family to move in and begin making their new home, 2) add a ground floor extension with outdoor kitchen and a new master suite with a loft extension.

The brief was to provide sketch options for the remodelling of the home and potential positions for the rear extension. The client also wanted a high-level landscape design and interiors mood board.
