Description

The client commissioned WOA to extension their new home to suit their expanding family. Due to the constraints of the location and the building we proposed a new basement, ground floor rear extension and a pod room extension to the roof.

The new basement will provide purpose built utility room, home gym and family entertainment room. The ground floor extension creates a comfortable kitchen diner with a kitchen island. The pod room adds a new bedroom.

The new basement and extensions meet with Hammersmith & Fulham council planning guidelines. Planning determination is due in November 2022.
