The client purchased this house in order to create a spacious contemorary family home. The planning architect reffered WOA to deliver the project from tender through to completion.

The project will be built over two phases; phase one - building a new basement with two storey side extension and remodelling the interior. Phase two is the swimming pool, steam room, showers and tennis pavilion with landscaping.
